Ole Andre Bråten
Mr Braten has been involved in simulation training from 2005 - were ha served as Police Superintendent and Assistant Professor at the Norwegian Police University College and led XR situational awareness simulation training. From 2010 until present ha has adviced corporations on emergency preparedness and crisis management. Braten holds a Master of Philosophie in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Braten co-founded Self Simula in 2020 and is the author of "Handbook of Crisis Management" (Cappelen Damm Academic Press, 2022).
Anette Falkum
Mrs Falkum has a background as acute ward department manager from Oslo University Hospital, Norway. From 2010 until present she has adviced corporations on emergency preparedness and crisis management.
Falkum co-founded Self Simula in 2020 and on this basis was awarded a position at Googles innovation program for female founders in 2022. Falkum has co-authored the "Handbook of Conflict Management for Law Enforcement: Risk Assessment and Situational Awareness as First Responders" (Cappelen Damm Academic Press 2022).
